This statement explains how the studiocalm website handles personal data. In brief: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third-party domains. Each app is covered by its own privacy policy, linked below.

Who is responsible. This website is operated by studiocalm, registered in the Netherlands under KvK 42046657. Questions about this statement or about your data can be sent to hello@studiocalm.eu.

This website. Visiting studiocalm.eu sets no cookies and executes no analytics or tracking scripts. All resources on these pages, fonts included, are served from studiocalm.eu itself; your browser makes no requests to third-party domains when loading the site.

Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. Like any hosting provider, GitHub may record technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs for security purposes; this data is not accessible to studiocalm. GitHub's own privacy statement applies to that processing.

Forms. The website offers a support form and two update forms. Submitting a form is voluntary. The data you enter (name, email address, and message) is transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay service, and delivered to the studio mailbox. It is processed for one purpose only: to answer your message or to send the updates you requested. Your data is not sold, not shared for marketing purposes, and not added to any other list. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by replying stop, and you can request deletion of your correspondence by writing to hello@studiocalm.eu.

Your rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you, which in this case means at most your form submissions and subsequent correspondence. Requests can be sent to hello@studiocalm.eu and are handled directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes. Changes to this statement are published on this page with an updated date. If the website ever loads a third-party resource, this statement will be updated in the same release.
